Lemon Loaf

Dense & delicious, great with fresh berries.  Made with fresh grated lemon rind and “real” lemon juice, and pecans from Georgia. This is the item that sold so well in 2002 that I decided to continue baking for the Williamsburg Farmers Market!

Ingredients: flour, sugar, milk, pecans, butter, eggs, lemon juice & rind, baking powder, salt, almond extract.
