I originally from El Salvador CA. I moved to this country in 2002 to Delaware and eventually moved to Virginia in 2012 to my then boyfriend now my husband Chris Glazier . I come from a hard working family of entrepreneurs that has been in the restaurant and bakery business ever since I remember .
I am a baker , trying to bring to the table, something precious and delicious, that I intent to create by taking advantage of the beautiful produce , fruit, that every season brings and by using artisanal , traditional French , and latin techniques .
