We started with the idea of making Chimichurri Don Pablo back in 2016, upon my return after taking care of my Mother in Argentina for about a year. Being an Argentinian of basque direct descendants for 250 years in the wine country of Argentina, I became really intrigue with the origins of Chimichurri. One of the more compelling stories of its origin is the name Tximitxurri, pronounced “cheemeechooree“, with almost the same ingredients as the Chimichurri. Tximitxurri in the basque language means “a mixture of several things in no particular order”,
With this idea, I searched and perfected a great recipe, the result is Chimichurri Don Pablo.
Also, I have two basic pillars in my business: Sustainable and eco friendly perspective, using local organic ingredients and glass jars instead of plastic.
I make small fresh batches, needs refrigeration and has no preservatives.
The sauce can be use as a condiment and for marinate.
