We sell good meat.
Our sustainably sourced meat comes from local ranches, farmers and hunters that process under USDA-inspection. We specialize in using whole animals to better support local livestock producers, hunters and processors to minimize waste and maximize our support of those with higher quality stewardship practices.
We carry currently Local Raised Grass-fed Beef, Pasture-Raised Rose Veal, Molokai Venison and limited quantities of Forest-Raised Pork. Our meat is sold frozen to ensure its quality and your safety. We also make a series of sausages under the label, Hawaii's Würst. We also supply at local Farmers Markets family-style CSA boxes with meat easily portioned for storage and meal preparation for everyday needs.
Micah Richards
Micah is 2002 Kamehameha Schools graduate trying to make a better local meat industry through mindful sourcing and creating mutually supportive supply network of local ranchers, processors and restaurants.
From an early age, Micah had a passion for food and particularly meat. Cooking for family, friends and hosting BBQ events in college, he learned how to cook for small intimate settings as well as for larger parties. This passion eventually led to him learning more about local meat sourcing and starting his own company.
He is the 2022-2023 Treasurer for the Hawaii Island Meat Cooperative and helped to secure markets for Big Island livestock producers at Farm Link Hawaii for Grass-Fed Beef and Lamb.
