Taco Central began after two University of Hawaii students wanted to start a business venture specializing in what they love most. Tacos! After visiting America's best state for tacos, Los Angeles, California, our journey of bringing authentic Mexican street style tacos to Hawaii began. The name comes from our inspiration of Central LA and its rich culture of tacos. Taco Central crafts authentic Mexican street style tacos specializing in fresh high quality ingredients. For our famous signature Carne Asada tacos, the beef is sourced from a local business, Maui Cattle Company. For many of our other produce, we try to support local businesses as much as we can.
