Gun Powders

We call these spice blends Gun Powders because of their explosive flavors! They are South Indian Inspired and are also known as podi (pu.dee). Podi is made up of whole spices, lentils and at times, nuts and dried herbs. These thoughtfully blended spices are combined with sea salt and are intended to be sold like seasoning salts that are good on almost anything! Such as but not limited to: popcorn, eggs, dry rub for meat, veggies, rice, noodles, compound butters and oils, dips & so much more!
