Chef Jeff started cooking when he was nine years old. He grew up watching his mother and grandmother prepare amazing meals for family and friends. To his siblings dismay, this inturn caused him to become obsessed with watching chefs on tv. Jeff would take recipes he would see and then cook his "version" of the dish for friends and family. In 2015 Jeff accepted a job overseas working with the military. Being in a deployed environment provided opportunities to cook for special events and holidays. In an effort to boost morale and bring a taste of home to over 200 men and women Jeff would volunteer his time to cook. Little did Jeff know this was supplying him with the skill set to cook for larger groups. After spending over 6 years overseas Jeff moved back to the states and launched 3J's Catering in 2020. Since then 3J's has won the Black Expo People Choice Award for 2021, a 2022 Boss Award nominee feeding thousands at wine festivals, markets, private events, corporate events, and more. 3J's is on a mission to take your tongue on a culinary adventure.
