A Texas Cottage Bakery, created out of desire to market baked goods for those with food allergies of dairy, egg and gluten. Our family has all of these allergies so it became a necessity in our own family so it became something of a passion for me. All baked goods are made using organic ingredients and are dairy, egg, and gluten free.
