Barrel Aged Creations offers an array of artisan, signature kitchen favorites. Our gourmet foods keep things simple and as close to nature as possible. The barrel aging process creates unique flavors in pure maple syrup, sriracha, and balsamic vinegar. Seasonal selections include traditional spirited flavors as well as coffee, bacon, and even chai tea! Each one of these unique barrel aged items lend themselves as perfect food gifts for home cooks and executive chefs alike. Part of our mission is support non-profits with the proceeds of our sales.
Pamela & Michael
Pamela is a native Floridian who grew up just north of Tampa. She has seen the entire Tampa Bay transform over the years into many booming neighborhoods. Michael arrived in St. Pete permanently in 1994 and has loved the area since.
