I am a paramedic of 28 years. I tried freeze dried candy and became obsessed with the physics behind this process. I thought that this would be the next big thing so I bought a machine and began freeze drying everything I could get my hands on. This is such a fun process and I love trying new products. I am thrilled to sell this sweet treat as much as everyone loves trying it!
