Hello! We are Nathan, Niki, Josh and Eli and we are a small family run micro bakery in tiny Centerville TN. We've only been around for a few months but already have a steady client base. We make artisan sourdough breads and other sourdough creations, along with traditional breads and rolls. Our goal is to source locally milled flour and other fresh ingredients when in season, such as herbs and eggs.
Hi! We sorta fell into our micro bakery by accident! We have been looking for ways to serve our local community, never quite hitting the mark. Our only vehicle broke down and we were desperately trying to find ways to save quickly for a new to us vehicle. Niki thought "well I have, this 50lb bag of wheat berries that I bought for some reason (I didn't even have a mill haha!) So I guess I can do a bread fundraiser!" It started in our church community and quickly grew to the rest of our small community! We started getting regular customers who were just so excited to have fresh baked bread! We had found our purpose! There is just something so comforting about good bread.
