Green Eyed Lady Farm

Green Eyed Lady Farm is a family farm located in St. Anne, Illinois. Founded in 2015 by Laura Petitgoue and Emily Bult. They started farming as a way to share their knowledge and love of lavender with others. Lavender is an extraordinary plant. Not only does lavender smell wonderful, but it also has medicinal properties and is used as an anti-inflammatory, and as an antiseptic. It helps repel pesky critters like moths, mosquitoes, etc. Lavender is also a wonderful addition to your meals when cooking, whether you’re using it as a garnish or a main ingredient, lavender lends a subtle floral flavor to sweet or savory dishes. Just remember that a little goes a long way! The list of uses for this amazing herb is endless.
