I recently opened a French bakery in Franklin. I am French, mother of 6 children.We arrived in Franklin 3 years ago. I worked 2 jobs in the past year, i was pastry head baker at Franklin Bakehouse and cake decorator at Triple Crown Bakery. I learned a lot from these experiences.
I named my bakery La Maison Bleue (the blue house) it was the name of the house I grew up in France.
It is our goal to bring authentic new products to the community of Franklin. We proud ourselves in making healthy and tasty food, with a French touch.
Our signature breads are sourdough. Artisan loaf and Sandwich loaf. We offer a variety of pastries also like banana bread, brioche, French apple tarts (tartes tatin) and gluten-dairy free lemon cakes. And more to come !
