About

**Welcome to B’more Poultry and Plants!**
Hi, I’m Kisha, proud owner of B’more Poultry and Plants, a family-focused business dedicated to ethical and sustainable farming. Since 2021, we’ve partnered with an Amish family in Elkton, Maryland, to raise pasture-raised chickens for eggs and meat. Our birds roam freely outdoors on fresh grass, enjoying a natural diet of bugs, seed pods, and locally sourced, chemical-free whole-grain feed. Raised in movable hoop houses, they stay healthy and happy while living as nature intended.

We’re passionate about offering fresh eggs, chicken cuts, bone broth, pet treats, and custom orders to our Baltimore community. We also love connecting with others through our educational farm tours, where you can learn about sustainable farming practices.

With over 10 years of experience as an educator, I bring my passion for organization, problem-solving, and helping others into everything we do at B’more Poultry and Plants. My family and I are committed to providing high-quality products while building trust, fostering community, and promoting healthy, sustainable living. We can’t wait to welcome you to our growing family!

Hi, I’m Kisha (she, her), the owner of B’more Poultry and Plants and a full-time math teacher. I’ve been running this family-focused poultry business since 2021, partnering with an Amish family in Elkton, Maryland, to raise pasture-raised chickens for fresh eggs and meat.
Teaching is my passion, and I bring the same dedication to my farm. I love sharing what I know about ethical and sustainable farming through educational tours while providing fresh, wholesome products to the Baltimore community. Balancing both worlds keeps me busy, but it’s all worth it to make a difference in and out of the classroom.
