I love salads and yet there are never any good places to grab one that isn’t the run of the mill. I decided to start my own! So my son moved here from Michigan and we began the Kale Yeah Traveling Salad Bar! We have a full salad bar and also sides. You can choose from Turkey Sloppy Joes, Brown Sugar Balsamic Pork Tenderloin, Broccoli Salad, Autumn Chicken & Tortellini and so much more! We have these always and then rotate whatever sounds good at that moment!!
I am 28 with a. Business degree in Sports Management and a minor in communications. I worked for the Detroit Tigers in the community relations department. Once covid hit and the season was done I lost my Job. I moved to the great state of Florida and started this business with my mom who sells Gourmet Cupcakes at our local farmers markets in the Naples area.
