I am Dioselim García, a graduate in Special Education and Professional Pastry Chef. Venezuelan, from Puerto Ordaz, wife, mother, CEO of Waldis Cake LLC. I have been making desserts for more than 12 years and here at Westfield for 7 years we have been making homemade desserts, including our delicious Millefeuille, Macarons (regular and shaped) with more than 30 types of flavors and our line of Macarons with 6 types of liquor, completely personalized cakes, original for each client, and our most recent New York Style Cookies, we can also say that all our preparations are without chemical additives, or frozen, or premixed, we make all our doughs and creams, they are 100% handmade made fresh. We recently expanded our services, giving beginner pastry classes for children 7-13 years old and soon for all ages, so that everyone can SHARE AND ENJOY a delicious dessert. I'm here to serve you 😊
