I’m Angela, baker behind Sweet Thyme TN.
I started off offering sourdough starter to my local community and it quickly turned into making all kinds of baked goods, bread crumbs, and croutons.
It’s a pleasure to share the goodness that is sourdough with my fellow Tennesseans and I look forward to getting involved with the farmers market scene this season.
