MetalSouls artists have created unique and durable figures crafted exclusively from recycled scrap metal. Some of this metal comes from junk yard cars, motorcycles, bicycles and other various parts. After construction, each figurine is carefully coated and polished, ensuring a rich shine for years to come. Our products are always original. Each sculpture is crafted individually by a number of MetalSouls artists- we do no mass produce!
My name is Jack Le. I have graduated from Chabot College as Mechanical Tech major. I had taken some extra Art Classes during in school. All my draws are about the Robots which are from all different types of Sci-fi movies. Since I am a Mechanical Tech, I work with all kind of different part of metal everyday because my job is related to metal parts.
Even though, I am working with metal all the time, but I have never thought of how to make the robots of my drawer by metal until one day, I see some little decorated animal for back year which are made out of metal stick and a sheet of metal. From this time, my mind often thinks of how to make a metal robot. After telling my ideas with Huy (Jack) who I met at Chabot College, we all like to the ideas and start to learn how to weld and solder.
We start with simple figures and predators for our products. Day by day, our skills are getting better and better. Therefore, our products are complicated and more varieties now.
