Our family migrated from Ecuador to the US in the 1980's. The heart of it all our parents, Segundo and Rosa. Our father learned a lot of his craft working in different restaurants in NYC and our mom, well she's a natural in the kitchen. These two together is what the magic of Bosco's is all about. Sweet, savory, and delicious food that will guarantee you to come back for seconds and even thirds. We hope you enjoy a piece of our culture just as much as our family enjoys making it.
