Pami's Desserts & how it started.
It all started because my marine husband was deployed in Afghanistan in 2010 and one thing he loves is homemade chocolate chip cookie. Instead of buying them from a supermarket and sending them to him, I decided to do something different. I wanted to bring home close to him and that's how I started learning how to bake. After a few batches of chocolate chip cookies, some were ok, some were flat like a flatbread and some were delicious. My confidence grew. I could not stop baking and I knew this was my calling.
Pami's Desserts is a one-person operation. I shop for ingredients, bake, pack and sell baked goods myself. I believe baking is an art and baked goods should look great, taste delicious but most importantly they should bring joy and warm experience to people. And, that's what Pami's Desserts is all about. I love spreading good vibes! From cannoli, NY style cheesecakes, scones, pumpkin bread, soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies, brownies, tiramisu, red velvet cupcakes to bread pudding, these are some of the things that I enjoy to make and the list goes on.

Baking and learning come hand in hand and I don't mind experimenting with unfamiliar ingredients to create new flavors. Sometimes we just need something different, spice in our lives along with delicious surprises, right? No wonder why I created so many flavors for my scones, brownies, cheesecakes and bread pudding.
