I have always enjoyed baking but never ventured out of baking anything other than cookies and cakes. So, like many others through Covid shut down started baking more often. I wanted to expand my skills and enrolled in the French Pastry School online program. Graduated with my certificate in pastry arts and bread baking. So now I am trying my hand at doing it professionally.
