I generally sell online but love to partake in local markets as they keep me inspired to create new menu items and I love watching as people are drawn in by my over the top booth set up and are just as excited when they see my product. As a Confection Creator of 12 years, I learn new things everyday and love to express myself through my goodies that bring people smiles and keep them coming back to me when they have something to celebrate!
