Freshly Brewed Small Batch Coffee

We roast the week of and grind and and brew ON SITE. We offer two options, our main blend Captain's Choice as well as a seasonal blend or single-origin so customers can choose by profile preference. Our coffee sits for no longer than 30 min. We brew small batches to achieve this. As a result, the air is filled with the aroma and sounds of grinding and brewing which adds an authentic coffee shop vibe to our canopy operation and most importantly represents a huge leap in QUALITY of your drink.
