Windmill Ginger Brew is a small, family own and operated business out of Geneva IL. Our love of ginger beer grew from a chance encounter with the product in the U.K. Upon returning to the U.S., we could not find anything worth the same spark, and decided to try and create the flavor we fell in love with. Over 2 years later, we succeeded and have been selling to local businesses and farmers' markets since June 2016.
We hand-craft our brews in small batches using only fresh, hand-selected ingredients. Our brews contain no preservatives, chemicals or dyes. As of today, we make 14 flavors. Most of them are crafted with locally grown fruit, veggies, and herbs, such as peaches, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, watermelons, cucumbers, mint, rosemary.
