We are a steak truck, serving USDA black Angus steak on all our beef items. Our menu is inspired by Southern steakhouse with a Filipino twist. Serving different rice bowls, Chicken and Fries, Steak and Fries, Shrimp and Fries, Our famous Steak Sandwich, fresh veggies and homemade sauces. We are a self-sufficient, licensed and insured food trailer. We started on private events and catering last 2021 and from there with God’s blessing it grows to operating our very own mobile food trailer and serving all around Duval and neighboring counties. Cooking food is our passion and we love to grill. One of our main priority other than serving high quality meals and cleanliness is great CUSTOMER SERVICE! We love to interact and create good memories to people. Our aim is to provide excellent customer service to each and every Guest that we serve.

Migrated from the Philippines and came here in FL since 2014. Doing what I only know best which is cooking and customer service. It feels great! With a Culinary degree and more than 18 years work experience in hospitality field. Started working as a line cook in prestigious 5 diamond resorts and restaurants around NE Florida and moved my way up to a Sous Chef.
I love cooking and be able to create something special to family and people will enjoy your craft is truly an amazing feeling. I can truly say that cooking is my passion. I enjoyed being in the kitchen all the time. And my wife is my number one fan. She loves my cooking and she believes in me that I can be able to run our own business. So, With my wife’s advice and support we took all our savings and build us a food trailer. It’s wonderful, it feels free to have your own creative way to flourished.
