The Fried Pie Shack

My husband and I fell in love with the famous Oklahoma Arbuckle Mountain Original Fried Pies down in Davis Oklahoma and decided to start our food truck here in the Tulsa area. All the pie fillings and dough mixture is made in Davis Oklahoma and we only use Oklahoma-made buttermilk to mix with the dough mix so you know it's 100% local! We have been making each pie by hand with love for a year now and have enjoyed every step along the way. We enjoy working with our 5 adult children as well as the occasional grandchildren blessing us with their presence. We feel blessed to be a family that gets to work together.
