I am a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education with 15 years of baking experience. This year I decided to open a business of my own that focuses on quality ingredients and recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. My baked goods rage from olive oil cakes, spice cakes, to seasonal biscotti and traditional Italian baked goods.
