Samosa Shack makes plant based Indian street eats. Our large-format, crispy artisanal samosas with fillings that are both traditional and offbeat. Savory fillings include kale and smashed potato, sweet potato ginger, a “chicken pot pie” samosa, butternut squash with roasted corn, and traditional potato and peas with masala, cilantro and green chilies. For dessert, try the S’moreSa – a dessert samosa inspired by the popular campfire treat.
