Hi! My name is Kahlila! I started the Fine Brine in 2022 after working for the Rotier family for 20 years! We unfortunately closed during the pandemic and never reopened. That said I’ve pickled , jammed , etc my whole life! Even at the restaurant. I had an acquaintance suggest I take that experience and start a business! So here I am!!

Ok!!! I am the team lol! Kahlila M Gann! A wise man ( Charles Rotier) once told me if it’s all on you there’s no one to be mad at but yourself… I am a 41 year mother of 3 boys , 4 cats and 1 amazing dog!! I am also a proud culinary school dropout!! I got my passion for food from my family and my beautiful home city of New Orleans!!!! Where we pickle everything!!!! I also had the pleasure of waiting tables and often cooking at Rotiers in downtown Nashville for over 20 years!!
