Gary began making potato chips in 2009. When his children, Brian and Claudia, went off to college, Gary would send them care packages filled with potato chips that they would share with friends. Whenever friends would ask "where did you get these chips?" the answer was always "they're My Dad's Chips!" and the name was born.
Gary is the President/Founder of MDC and Brian is the CFO.
