Each year they grow a variety of Certified Naturally Grown vegetables, with a focus on high quality, staples everyone loves and building a community through food and our region's agricultural heritage.

Laura founded Peace and Carrots Farm in 2013, after working for the National Park Service as an interpretive ranger and as an educator for Heifer International. She interned on two production farms before launching P&C and has been growing and learning ever since!
