Virgo Rising is a vegan and eco friendly coffee pop-up. Choosing sustainability in many practices while providing an amazing coffee and tea experience. The pop-up itself follows not just vegan practices but also compostable packaging and keeps its supply distributors local by supporting Brewtus Roasting for its coffee supply and the Honest Weight Co-op in Albany for all its non-dairy milk and syrup supplies.

Been studying the food service industry since 2005. In 2016 began my path of coffee and fell in love with not just the cozy drinks but the atmosphere it provides as well. I'm in the process to organize my own brick-and-mortar location in the future.
