Our food truck is more than just a place to grab lunch or dinner, it's a place to experience the best local smoked barbeque in the Treasure Valley including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Star and Middleton.
I came from the construction field and decided one day to follow my passion. My passion is smoking meats for my family and friends and saw it as a place to enjoy my customers and the people I work with because I loved cooking.
