William has been someone who has slow rolled Brisket/Pork for decades in the Middle TN area before recently deciding with his son Logan to take it completely public. William was raised in Springfield TN before he moved to Centerville & Subsequently Bon Aqua TN where he resides now. He has been a tradesmen his whole life. Now excited to take on the world of Mobile Cuisine with his Son Logan. Logan was raised in Bon Aqua before moving to Spring Hill TN with his wife & daughter. He is a photographer/videographer.
