We are a solar powered farm and commercial kitchen committed to local food and sustainability. We cultivate about 2 acres of sustainably grown fruits/vegetables using organic practices and 2 small greenhouses. In our licensed commercial kitchen, we create new and innovative products. Our survival depends on value added products. We have been involved in the Seacoast growing community since 1993. Starting in 2008, we opened our kitchen doors and hosted monthly farm-to-table breakfasts for the community during the Fall, Winter, and Spring. The Underground Breakfast Club operated until the pandemic started and may reopen again soon. For now, it is time to bring our specialty items and hot food to market, and share our product, with you.
