U-Relish LLC

U-Relish was established at the Indianapolis City Market in 2009 by Cara Dafforn and operated there until 2018 when it closed. Kim and Jack Tandy purchased the business and re-started it in March of 2022, and now operate primarily through markets and special events, as well as on-line sales. We sell small batch, easy, nutritious meals for slow cooking using beans, peas, lentils and grains. Meals come in a sack, with instructions for length of cooking, broth or water, and other possible proteins which can be added. All are gluten free and vegan but easily adaptable to all tastes.
