Focusing on Florida wildlife themes, artist Helen Suits hand paints one of a kind art to wear. She also makes art cards with envelopes and children's books printed from her original art.
Helen was born into a family of working artist parents who allowed her to experiment with creating art on her own terms from an early age. Her art style is similar to folk art - upbeat, fun and whimsical. 1990-2010, Helen toured the SE outdoor art show circuit with her award winning Batik wearable art. In 2018, she and her author/sister, teamed up to create a series of children’s books which Helen illustrated. January of 2020, she relaunched an art to wear business making hand painted clothing focusing on Florida wildlife themes.
