Botanical Soap and Bath Co was created to bring back real soap/bath products that contain natural herbs/botanicals and to give the people a choice and a say as to how much, if any chemicals are in their products and to bring awareness to the people of what synthetic detergents and harmful chemicals are in their current products and most of todays market products.
I started making soaps as a form of keeping me busy and to stop telling my parents, “I’m bored.” Soap making became much more to me as I started with MP soap, but always saw my dad making Cold Process soap. I stopped during my college years but since I have returned to what I love and I am working toward perfecting my craft. Creating Soap/Bath Products allows me to destress while creating works of art that I can share with everyone! Who doesn’t bathe right?! My sensitive skin also compelled me to create products that I could use. One thing I definitely love is when something causes my skin to go awry. For instance J&J baby oil caused my skin to break out, but because I was able to use my product (Manuka Honey & Goat’s Milk Soap) I saw how it soothed my skin and returned it back to normal when nothing else did.
