Rhubarb Cordial

All our cordials are based of a wheat vodka distilled 5 times to ensure no distraction from the natural aroma and flavor of the fruit, then we infuse the fruit and add a pinch of sugar. We hope the true flavor of the fruit translates throughout the tasting experience. We grow a bunch of rhubarb on the farm, why not make a liqueur out of it. With citrus overtones, it is crisp, light and refreshing, as well as being quite a favorable addition to rhubarb pie. The choice of drink for the cordial is a rhubarb mojito.
