Seven Devils Rum

Seven Devils Rum Aged in a Rye Whiskey Barrel is very similar to the rum aged in bourbon barrels. We are able to get a second use of our American white oak barrels used for rye whiskey simply by aging our rum. The aggressive nature of rye jumps out in this one, making for a “hotter” feel to the palate. Once again the hybrid feel gives you a little bit of whiskey and a little bit of sweetness from the sugar in the flavor profile.
