These pretty and incredibly delicious cookies are usually made for Christmas, but hey, who said you can’t indulge yourself on a mundane Monday or a regular Wednesday? We make our cookies with raspberry jam so they are not just sweet, but a little bit tart as well. Linzer cookies are a great addition to your tea party and will make a perfect present for someone you love.
