Anita's Vegan Kitchen

We are a Philadelphia + Florida based company and currently participate as a vendor at a variety of farmers' markets in PA/NJ/DE as well as the Florida area. We have heard many great things and are extremely interested in joining your market! Should there be any openings, even for a pop-up vendor, we would love it if you'd consider us!

In the meantime, so you can get a better idea about us, Anita’s Vegan Kitchen is a small business originated from family recipes on a mission to provide the community with products that are all natural and wholesome. Based out of Philadelphia + Miami, farmer’s markets have been the main ways of operation for us since our start.

"Strictly vegan" dips are what have become our specialty, such as guacamole varieties, avocado spreads, fresh mango salsa and more. Guacamole is a great raw and all-natural option for customers to find freshly made on-site at the market.

Our mission is to provide a nutrient dense, high quality product to the public while maintaining our family traditions. Anita's guacamole is a vegan power-punch because of its cancer-preventative antioxidants, great variety of vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant compounds that contribute to a high nutrient quality for any diet. Avocados act as a “nutrient booster” by enabling the body to absorb more fat–soluble nutrients, such as alpha– and beta–carotene as well as lutein from foods that are eaten with the fruit. They also contain nearly 20 vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, the highest fruit source of vitamin E, as well as rich in Biotin, Niacin, and Riboflavin.

We produce and distribute all of our items which helps us maintain the highest level quality products possible. We also strive to use and promote as many fresh local ingredients as possible. Building relationships with farms like Grasso in Mullica Hill, NJ + other FL farmers is an important part of our business and helps us educate the public on supporting local.

Anita's is always licensed and insured to prepare our guacamole on-site and when we aren't at the farmer's markets, customers can find our guac in local grocery stores.
