AppeThai started in September 2022 with a simple idea to bring delicious authentic Thai street food to Muncie, Indiana. We cook in a licensed commercial kitchen and serve our community at local farmers' markets. We began with Thai sausages, and over time we added more Thai dishes so everyone can find something they enjoy. We put a lot of love and care into everything we make using fresh ingredients and traditional flavors. Thank you for supporting our small business. We hope to see you at the market!
