AppeThai started in September 2022. We had an idea to bring delicious Thai street food to Muncie, IN. The business idea is to rent a commercial kitchen, cook Thai food for the local people and the local community, and sell it at the local farmers market. Many people know us as a Thai food vendor. We started with Thai sausages to introduce to local people and after that, we created more Thai dishes for their choice. We put lots of love and careful thought into all that we do. We bring you fresh ingredients and authentic Thai dishes. You can find AppeThai at the farmers market and other local events where we sell our food. Now we are for 2 years in this business.
