Our mission is to create an immersive and interactive experience where diners and consumers cultivate connections to their food, the chef, and each other. After two decades of experience in fine-dining professional kitchens and luxury events, Chef Daniel Sabia established Wood Fire Food in 2018 with a desire to cultivate deeper connections between food producers and eaters by blending his passion for design, open fire cooking, community, and localized food, to transform the experiences he creates and the food that he serves.

We specialize in zero waste products that are made from local ingredients and farms all over the Hudson Valley. We have 6 separate salts we make that are from the animals themselves. Our famous smoked olives that are shipped all over the US at the moment, Along with products that come and go as the season change. We're will also be able to provide provide prepared food for the market once out event season quiets down!
