Hi, my name is Noor Akpulonu I own and manage a local fruit farm in Waialua on Oahu’s North shore. I was born and raised in Venice/ Santa Monica, California to a family of Moroccan chefs. Growing up in a restaurant and being raised with food as the centerpiece of my life, I chose to become a chef in my adulthood. I worked fine dining and catering in Los Angeles and San Francisco, doing everything from farm to table to Michelin star cuisine always with an emphasis on quality ingredients and preserving a healthy food culture. I’m serving cut fruit, picked directly from my farm, free of anything that nature didn’t intend it to have. It’s an honor to be able to work the farmers market and I become a part of the thriving food scene unveiling on Oahu

My brother and I live and operate the farm with no pesticides and harmful chemicals, the dragonfruit is completely organic. We eat from our farm and value health above all else.
