Our focus is on serving amazing coffee that we curate from around the world. With almost 20 years of coffee making experience, we are more passionate than ever to share our knowledge and our craft with Oahu. We believe in simplicity and keeping the coffee, coffee. Our menu is 100% plant-based, non-gmo and has none of the complicated drink names and artificial sweeteners you'll find at other cafes :)

Aloha! We are Amy, James, Ruby & Violet.
Amy, a local Oahu girl, has a degree in Architecture with a focus on interiors and building furniture. Amy's passion for all things design, office supplies and desserts are second to none.
James is a mild mannered midwesterner from north eastern Ohio. After a career as an independent touring folk musician, he hung up his guitar and made coffee his full time passion.
We named our business after our two rescue pups, Ruby & Violet!
