We are a small business that is working towards our goal of owning our own food truck. I have been doing pop ups in the dfw area for the past year,creating a buzz for Fish Trap'n. People know who we are and love when they can catch us. We just want to continue grow into the beautiful company we know we can be. Just need all the exposure we can get and put in the hard work needed.
I started in 2008 with hosting family parties that turned into family and friends parties to eventually me owning a Juke Joint in South Dallas. We offered 2 (5-7oz) fillets for $5 bucks! How crazy was that? We did this along with top shelf drinks for $5,entry for $5 and gave them cards and dominoes. Our theme is backyard boogie. Those special moments where you spend with your family and friends in the backyard grilling, playing games and good music are brought to life here at Fish Trap'n. So when we go out we pitch our tent, break out our fryers and cook up some southern soul Catfish! We would love to bring this concept to a revolving door of people.
