We provide eight different types of fresh, handmade tamales, including vegetarian and vegan options.
All tamales are made daily with no lard, no trans-fat, and are gluten free.
This includes Beef in red mole sauce, Pork in green tomatillo sauce, Chicken in green tomatillo sauce, Vegetable tamales (carrots, corn, and green peas), Monterrey Jack Cheese, Sweet Corn, Sweet Pineapple tamales, and sweet strawberries.
These tamales have been awarded First Place and People's Choice Awards at the 2023 Riverside Tamale Festival.
