Very authentic tamales. Wrapped in the corn husk, our tamales have had great acceptance in the Franklin area. From Jalapeno and cheese, Mole, or pork to our own Nashville Hot Chicken tamales, this delicious meal goes well anytime of the day.
Tamales are gluten free and some are dairy free. With options to most diets like the veggie ones. Corn masa, water, vegetable oil and salt, tameles are steam cooked.
