Pop Craft LLC

Back in 2009 my son suggested we open a "Gourmet Popsicle" business in Florida., a location that can sell these frozen confections all year round. I did some research, started creating flavors in my home kitchen and taste-tested the pops with anyone and everyone. I did know however, that I needed to test them on the general public. I knew Gail and Mark and the wonderful job they do at the Saturday Morning Market. What a great place to test my new creations. They agreed to have me, I bought a cute pushcart and went to the market on a Saturday in October. I had no idea if or how many pops I might sell. But I was prepared! I sold 500 pops on my first day. I knew we were on to something. And as they say, the rest is history........................
All these years later, I still go to the Saturday Morning Market. It has great energy, wonderful customers and the best customers!
